Baked aspergus

  • 500 g asparagus
  • 200 g vegan feta cheese
  • 100 g Raspberries
  • ½ lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

This asparagus recipe is healthy, easy and quick to prepare! Not only is the color combination of asparagus and raspberries amazing, but also the taste of these two ingredients. Feta and limes round out the taste of the dish. 


1.    Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2.    Wash the asparagus and cut off some of the ends if necessary. 
3.    Then place the spears in a baking dish. Add olive oil, pepper and salt and rub the asparagus with it. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes.
4.    Wash and slice the lime. Wash the raspberries.
5.    Remove the asparagus from the oven. Place a vegan feta alternative on top. Spread limes and raspberries on top.
6.    Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
7.    Serve while still warm.
