  • 170 grams of Driscoll's Strawberries, quartered
  • 25 grams of soaked blanched almonds
  • 180 ml of almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 3 fresh dates, pitted and chopped
  • 4 ice cubes

There's no better pairing for a healthy smoothie than strawberries and almonds. Aside from the way their flavors blend, they both deliver heart-healthy nutrients. In this smoothie, almonds are also blended with almond milk, a great alternative for dairy-free diets as well.
