Raspberry Mermaid Bowl

  • To create you own beautiful Mermaid bowl:
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 hand of Driscoll’s raspberries
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2  teaspoon blue spirulina 
  • Topppings:
  • Handful of fresh Driscoll’s raspberry’s
  • 1/2 Kiwi
  • 1/2 Banana
  • Handful of mixed nuts
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Raspberry Mermaid Bowl

The amazing color in a mermaid bowl is blue spirulina powder, a blue pigment derived from blue-green algae. It is rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, carotenoids and antioxidants.


Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until liquidized.

Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and start decorating!
