Fresh lemonade recipe with berries

Make your own batch of homemade lemonade and flavour with fresh berries for a refreshing summer drink.

  • Place 1 to 3 berries in each compartment of an ice cube tray
  • Pour water over and freeze to make the fun and fruity ice cubes
  • Meanwhile cut 3 strawberries into 1 cm cubes and put to one side
  • Place the remaining strawberries in a blender and… well blend
  • Press the strawberry puree through a sieve to remove seeds
  • Boil the sugar in 240 ml water in a pan
  • Once the sugar has dissolved, let it cool
  • Mix the sugar syrup and remaining cold water, with the fresh lemon juice and strawberry puree in a large carafe
  • Add the fruity ice cubes and serve immediately
  • Cheers!
