Berrylicious Cheese Board

  • 177 ml whole milk ricotta
  • 1 Tsp. plus 1 teaspoon honey, divided
  • 1/4 Tsp. kosher salt
  • 150 gram goat cheese, sliced or crumbled
  • 150 gram sharp white cheddar, sliced
  • 400 gram strawberries
  • 125 gram raspberries
  • 125 gram blueberries
  • Crackers of choice
  • Marcona almonds or nuts of choice
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic glaze

There’s something about the combination of berries and cheese… it just works!  Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and the perfect pair for cheese.


  1. PLACE ricotta into a food processor.
  2. ADD 1 tablespoon honey.
  3. ADD salt.
  4. PULSE food processor 1-2 minutes until ingredients are smooth and creamy and SCRAPE DOWN sides of food processor as needed.
  5. TRANSFER ricotta cheese mixture to small serving bowl. 
  6. DRIZZLE ricotta cheese mixture with remaining 1 teaspoon honey.
  7. PLACE ricotta cheese mixture onto large cheese board.
  8. ASSEMBLE cheeses on cheese board.
  9. SLICE half of strawberries lengthwise. Do not remove stem.
  10. FILL IN large spaces between cheeses with whole strawberries, raspberries, and crackers.
  11. FILL IN smaller spaces with nuts, sliced strawberries, and blueberries.
  12. DRIZZLE balsamic glaze over goat cheese.
  13. SERVE at room temperature.
  14. COVER loosely with plastic if not serving immediately.

    TIP: Place ingredients next to other ingredients of contrasting color.
