A good smoothie hits the spot. And this is very a very good smoothie! Filled with healthy juicy blueberries, lots of fiber from traditional rolled oats, and your favorite milk, you’ll feel good from your tongue to your tummy.

PLACE the oats into blender.
ADD the flaxseed meal (if using).
PULSE blender several times on high speed until oats are finely ground.
ADD a handful of ice cubes and ADD your yogurt of choice.
BLEND until mixture flows easily inside of blender.
ADD the frozen bananas.
BLEND again until mixture flows easily inside of blender.
ADD blueberries.
BLEND until mixture flows easily inside of blender.
ADD 240 ml milk and BLEND until mixture flows easily inside of blender.
ADD more milk in small amounts until smoothie is the consistency you like.
DIVIDE smoothie between 2 or 3 glasses and SERVE immediately.
