Enjoy the ultimate breakfast indulgence with croissants transformed into French toast, enriched by the juiciest Driscoll's blueberries and soft brie. A delightful harmony of sweet and savory awaits.

Directions

- Cut the croissants through the middle, horizontally
- Grab a bowl and a whisk, and mix the egg, sugar, and milk.
- Soak the croissants in this mixture. Turn them around so they can take in as much of it as possible.
- Cut the brie into slices.
- Heat up a frying pan to medium heat, and add a bit of oil.
- First, place the bottom halves into the pan. Put the brie and blueberries on it, then cover the bottom halves with the top halves.
- Softly press the croissants.
- Bake for about 3 minutes on one side, then carefully turn the croissant and bake the other side for another 3 minutes, until the brie has melted.
