Healthy raspberry smoothie

  • 125g Driscoll's blackberries
  • 125g Driscoll's blueberries
  • 125g Driscoll's raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons of granola
  • 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt

Directions

  • ​​​​​Roast the shredded coconut in a small frying pan on moderate heat for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring continuously
  • Shake the coconut on a plate and leave to cool down
  • Pour the yogurt in a medium bowl and smooth the top with the back of a spoon
  • Keep 10 raspberries separate and purée the rest of them in a kitchen machine
  • Our the purée in circles towards the outside of the bowl
  • Scatter the granola in the middle on top of the yogurt
  • Use the rest of the raspberries to make a ring around the granola
  • Scatter the roasted coconut in a circle around the edge of raspberries
  • Distributie the blackberries evenly at the edge and put the blueberries on top of the granola in the middle
