  • 125 grams Driscoll’s blackberries
  • 150 grams of Kale
  • 200 grams of Spinach
  • 100 grams Endive
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Leaf with stem paksoi (or 3 leaves Roman lettuce or 3 leaves Chinese cabbage)
  • Juice of a ½ lemon
  • 10 grams of Parsley
  • 30 grams Samphire
  • 10 grams of Mint leaves

Directions

Cut the ingredients to size, so they can fit inside a blender. Blend well for several minutes and enjoy your super healthy smoothie!
